Please review our policies and rental agreements carefully. Reach out to us via phone or email if you have any questions prior to booking. Please do note: Rental prices will not include fuel or processing fees (fuel charges will be assessed at the end of your rental period).

All watercrafts include USCG approved life jackets.



Present a valid driver’s license and boater’s certificate (when applicable).



Boater’s certificate is required if under 33 years of age.



Acceptable forms of payment include cash and all major credit cards.

Florida Boating Laws

Florida State Law requires that all boaters under 33 years of age possess a valid boating certificate card to operate any vessel on the water. For online testing, please visit www.boat-ed.com

Deposits

We will require a valid credit card on file for all rentals. To formally confirm a reservation, we will process the credit card on file for a mandatory $500USD deposit. It will be used for the protection plan for any damages between $500-$2,000.

$50 of this deposit is non-refundable.

Please note that any damages to the vessel exceeding $2,000USD are the customers’ sole responsibility.

If there are no damages, the customer will be refunded $450USD.

What documents should we bring?

We encourage all guests of legal age to bring a valid photo ID with them. Whichever guest plans to be navigating the vessel should bring a copy of their boater’s certification.

Is there an age requirement on the boat?

No, guest of all ages are welcome. However all children must be accompanied by a legal guardian, who is ultimately responsible for their actions, care, and supervision.

When do we pay?

Full payment is due at the time you reserve the excursion. If concerned about potentially needing to cancel or change a date, please refer to the Cancellation Policy below for details. Reservations are not able to be secured until full payment is made.

Are you a first responder, nurse, military, or teacher? We appreciate you! We offer special discounted pricing to you, contact us for details!

Pick Up & Drop Off:

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time for check-in (arriving late only cuts into your time on the water). Please be courteous with your return time, if you are running late, please call. You are subject to overtime charges of $5 per minute, $75 for 15 minutes. After 15-minutes of either “no-call” or a “no show,” we will set out on a Water Patrol starting a search for you and your group!

Cancelation Procedures:

If you wish to cancel you must do so at least 72 hours in advance of rental date and a fee of $100 will be assessed. Any cancelations with less than 72 hours prior to reservation notice will not be refunded. Weather cancelations will be determined by LDB Adventures Boat rental only, full refund will be given for weather cancelations.

Late Arrival Procedures:

If you are 45 minutes or more late to your designated arrival start time, without contacting LDB Adventures and providing acceptable reason, your booking will be considered canceled and no refund will be given.
